Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 | Delivery in 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: $20 | Delivery in 2–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: calculated at checkout | Delivery in 7–14 business days

  • Express International Shipping: $20 | Delivery in 3–7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to claim the package:

  • Customers may be responsible for reshipping fees.

  • Refunds for unclaimed packages will exclude original shipping fees.
