Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item is in its original, unused condition with tags attached.

  • The item is in its original packaging (e.g., branded boxes or bags).

Exceptions:

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@huttwo.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions along with the address to ship your item(s).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For items purchased with a gift card, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
